You will receive personalized support as you begin releasing the patterns that keep pulling you back into survival mode and creating new ways of responding that feel grounded, honest, and aligned.

Every other week, we will meet for personalized coaching focused on your real life, relationships, boundaries, goals, emotions, and healing journey.

Your Reiki sessions will offer space to slow down, reconnect with your body, release emotional heaviness, and support your integration between coaching sessions.
These sessions may help you feel more grounded, rested, emotionally spacious, and connected to yourself.
Coaching helps you understand and change the pattern.
Reiki gives your body and energy space to soften, receive, and process.
You will receive a customized plan based on your specific goals, patterns, challenges, and desires.
Your plan may include:
Journaling prompts
Nervous system practices
Boundary exercises
EFT tapping
Reflection questions
Communication scripts
Rituals and grounding practices
Weekly embodiment goals
This is not a one-size-fits-all program.
Your experience will be shaped around what you need most.
You will have access to private voice-note support between sessions for encouragement, reflection, and help navigating real-life moments as they happen.
Because sometimes the boundary conversation, emotional spiral, or decision does not wait for your next scheduled call.
Near the end of our work together, we will complete a private Future Self Integration Session.
This session will help you clearly define how the woman you are becoming thinks, speaks, chooses, rests, communicates, and responds when old patterns appear.
You will leave with a personalized 30-day integration plan, practical commitments, and a deeper understanding of how to continue living the work after our time together ends.
Thirty days after completing the experience, we will reconnect to reflect on what has shifted, identify where you need additional support, and strengthen the practices helping you move forward.
Receive a private intuitive session designed to offer reflection, clarity, and spiritual support around the season you are entering.
This may include oracle cards, intuitive coaching, and guided reflection based on your current goals and energy.
You will receive a handcrafted intention bracelet chosen to support the energy you are cultivating during your journey.
Your bracelet will be Reiki-infused and created as a physical reminder of the boundaries, beliefs, and commitments you are choosing to embody.
You will receive a custom ritual designed around your specific transformation.
This may include journaling, prayer, candle work, affirmations, breathwork, intention-setting, or a symbolic release practice you can return to when you need to reconnect with yourself.
You will receive guided prompts to help you process your sessions, track your progress, recognize old patterns, and document the changes happening throughout the experience.

If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns on all items within 14 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
