Please allow up to four business days to process your order. Most items are shipped within 1-4 business days but that time may be extended during busier times of the year (ie holidays).
Orders placed via USPS First Class Mail (Standard Shipping) are not covered by USPS insurance per USPS policy. Therefore, it is highly recommended to select "priority shipping" when placing your order.
Please note that Moonlight at Midnight Holistics LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once packages are shipped, they're in the possession of the mail carrier. On the rare occasion that a package is missing or damaged, we advise customers to reach out to their local post office to file a claim for damaged or missing packages. We will assist with providing proof of purchase, if needed.
