Sacred Energy Reset: Reiki Session

The Sacred Energy Reset: Virtual Reiki Session

The Sacred Energy Reset is a virtual Reiki session designed to support emotional balance, energetic clearing, stress relief, and deep relaxation from the comfort of your own space.

This distance Reiki healing session is for the woman who has been feeling overwhelmed, energetically drained, emotionally heavy, disconnected from herself, or simply ready to receive support without having to explain her entire life story with a PowerPoint presentation.

Through gentle Reiki energy healing, this session helps create space for your mind, body, and spirit to soften, reset, and reconnect. Whether you are moving through a life transition, healing season, burnout, emotional stress, or just feeling “off,” this virtual Reiki treatment is intended to help you feel more grounded, clear, peaceful, and connected to yourself.

What to Expect

Your session will take place virtually through Zoom or Google Meet.

We’ll begin with a short intake and check-in where we’ll talk about how you’re feeling, what you’d like support with, and any intentions you want to bring into your Reiki session.

From there, you’ll be invited to get comfortable in a quiet space while I provide the distance Reiki treatment. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or simply a sense of calm. There is no “right” way to receive Reiki. Your only job is to relax and allow yourself to be supported.

After the Reiki treatment, we’ll close with a brief check-in to discuss how you’re feeling, anything that came up during the session, and any intuitive impressions or grounding suggestions that may support you afterward.

This Virtual Reiki Session May Support:

• Stress relief and relaxation
• Emotional balance and grounding
• Energetic clearing and chakra balancing
• Nervous system support
• Spiritual connection and intuitive clarity
• Feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered
• Support during healing, burnout, or life transitions

Before Your Session

Please choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. You may want to have water nearby, light a candle, grab a blanket, journal afterward, or set an intention before we begin.

No perfect spiritual setup required. Reiki can still reach you through messy buns, cozy socks, and laundry piles waiting in the corner.

Important Note

Reiki is a complementary holistic wellness practice and is not a replacement for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
