I’m Rachel, RN, Reiki healer, and holistic wellness coach. I help spiritually sensitive women heal patterns of self-abandonment, reconnect with their intuition, and create lives that feel peaceful, honest, and aligned.

My approach blends grounded coaching, nervous system awareness, intuitive support, and Reiki so you can understand what is happening, choose what needs to change, and feel supported as you practice living differently.

Do I need to complete the Goddess Cycle first?
Yes. This experience is designed specifically for women who have completed the Goddess Cycle.

Are the Reiki sessions virtual or in person?
All reiki sessions are delivered virtual, long distance reiki has the same healing benefits as in-person.

What happens after I enroll?
Once you enroll, you will receive an intake form, booking link, client- coach agreement, payment confirmation, and welcome email.

What if I miss a session?
We will try to keep to our schedule as close as possible so that you can get the full benefits of this experience. However, you will be allowed to reschedule one appointment.

Is this therapy or medical care?
No. This is coaching, education, spiritual support, and Reiki.
