This experience is for the woman who has spent years being strong for everyone else while quietly abandoning herself in the process.
Together, we create a safe space to slow down, soften, heal, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that survival mode disconnected you from.
Blending holistic wellness coaching, nervous system support, intuitive guidance, spiritual healing, and my background as a registered nurse, this experience supports emotional healing on the mind, body, and nervous system level — helping you move from emotional exhaustion into greater clarity, peace, self-trust, and aliveness.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you were before burnout, overwhelm, overgiving, and survival mode took over.

Your order will ship within 1-5 business days. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days, but that time may be extended during busier times of the year (ie holidays).

If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns on all items within 14 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
