This bar was created to gently clarify, decrease hair shedding, promote hair growth and cleanse the scalp without stripping moisture from the hair and scalp.

Some of the ingredient highlights include:

Organic Green Tea: High in EGCG which has been shown to increase hair growth in people who have hormone-related hair loss by stimulating the hair follicles. Green tea boosts hair growth by activating hair follicles and reducing hair follicle damage. Some studies have shown that the caffeine in green tea can stimulate blood flow to the hair follicles, resulting in faster hair growth.

Chebe Powder: An ancient formula used by the Basara women in Chad who are known for having incredibly long hair. This powder includes a mixture of different herbs and is shown to reduce breakage and shedding by increasing hair hydration. Chebe is said to help the hair retain moisture, due to the shébé seeds it contains, while the cloves in the mixture help the hair feel thicker. The increase in hair hydration leads to less breakage and more length retention.

This shampoo bar is also infused with organic shea butter and organic castor oil to moisturize the hair, leaving your scalp thoroughly cleansed and well-balanced. Peppermint oil is included for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties resulting in a thoroughly cleansed scalp. Peppermint Essential oil is known for stimulating blood flow to the scalp which can assist in hair growth as well.

This bar is made with all-natural and organic ingredients and is free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and artificial dyes.

Sodium Hydroxide

Organic Green Tea
Chebe Powder (Lavender croton, Musk ambrette, Prunus mahaleb, Tree Resin and Clove)
Blend of Organic Essential Oils

Suggested Use:
Create rich lather from the bar and apply to scalp and hair strands. Gently massage the scalp for 2 minutes. Rinse hair and scalp thoroughly. Follow up with your favorite deep conditioner or leave-in conditioner. Style as usual.

PRO TIP: Once finished, place your bar in a well-draining soap dish and keep dry between uses. This will extend the life of your soap as prolonged contact with water can cause your soap to melt/dissolve faster.
